Bendall Books publishes and distributes educational materials for the college and university market. We are also exclusive distribution agent for 49th Avenue Press (Langara College, Vancouver, BC). ORDERING:Booksellers may place an order through our web site using the order form. We also accept phone, fax or mailed purchase orders. DISCOUNTS:Our standard discount to booksellers of any kind is 20%. Larger discounts are available for special distribution arrangements, and special promotional situations. Call for details. Individuals, libraries and other non-resellers are charged the published list price. SHIPPING:We normally ship within two working days of receiving your order. We normally ship via ground parcel service (CanPar in Canada, UPS in the U.S.). If another carrier is preferred, please specify, and we will honour your request. Please note: We cannot ship UPS Collect, or RPS. All shipping costs are added to your invoice. PRICES:All prices published in our catalogue, on our web site, or elsewhere, are subject to change without notice. RETURNS POLICY:Returns of books are accepted • only with prior, written approval from the publisher. Do not return books without prior approval. They will not be accepted. • no sooner than three months and no later than one year after the date of our original invoice. • only if the bookseller has paid the original invoice for the books in question. • We will accept only books in mint condition (unmarked, unstickered, unscratched, unbent, untorn). Any returns, damaged in any way to make them unsaleable, will not be accepted. We reserve the right • to charge a 20% restocking fee to booksellers which exhibit a consistent high volume of returns. • to suspend returns privileges for booksellers which exhibit a consistent pattern of over-ordering and high returns. We will issue a credit memo or refund check (if requested) for accepted returns. Do not automatically claim a credit against one of our invoices without a credit memo in hand. Return privileges will be revoked for booksellers who engage in this practice, and subsequent orders will be filled on a pre-paid, no-returns basis only.
